I'm so grateful Princess is willing to use her power over me to help me be healthier. I really believe that Princess Shelle cares a lot about all of her slave's/pet's/listener's health and well being. The file is non-erotic as her description says, but it still contains some D/s themes which for me and many will probably still be a turn on... Not that I mind of course. Princess is very wise also... I have listened to other hypnosis weight loss files in the past and one thing was often clear... hypnotists aren't usually doctors or even nutritionists! But, of course, Princess Shelle finds a way to help while avoiding the pitfall of trying to giving out specific advice which may not be right for everyone. As far as the trance itself, it's one of the most relaxing and just general feel good files in her collection as far as I'm concerned. I always wake up feeling great after listening to this file. I'm so glad I bought this file and asked Princess for help.
